Eran Joseph Doani
Founder & Partner
Eran served during the past 25 years in a variety of positions in the Ministry of Defense, his latest role was Representative of the Defense Minister's on the district planning and building committees. Eran also served as the Supervisor and Regulator for air safety and construction restrictions, specializing in security and military restrictions and served as the Regulator, on behalf of the Ministry of Defense, for all renewable energy related projects and issues, with emphasis on wind turbine projects.
Eran has vast experience working with ILA, entrepreneurs and local authorities, as well as extensive experience examining and approving aeronautics surveys, performed in accordance with global standards such as ICAO and FAA and working in close collaboration for many years with all relevant stakeholders in the IAF, CAAI and the IAA.
Reem Hamami
Founder & Partner
Served in various positions in the defense establishment, including the ministry of defense's representative in the National Planning and Building Council, the National Infrastructure Committee as well as other national committees. Served as an IAF regulator on building restrictions of various types for many years, and specialized in particular in aviation restrictions airports, heliports and military operational flight routes. A member of the definition of marking committee and illumination of flight obstacles on behalf of the Israeli Standards Institute. Has extensive experience in coordination and joint activity with the Planning and District Planning Director, the Chief of Staff, Government Ministries, Government Companies and Municipal Government.
Yinon Persiko
Founder & Partner
Served in a number of positions in the Ministry Of Defense, including being responsible for managing, initiating and establishing airplane infrastructure projects, unmanned aerial vehicles, residential buildings, administrative and maintenance buildings, carpenters, garages and more.
Has extensive experience in multi-year budget-oriented planning, adherence to uncompromising quality schedules.
Served as Head of the Ministry of Defense's Housing Administration - as part of his duties he was entrusted with the entrepreneurship and establishment of civilian residential neighborhoods across the country.
Has extensive experience in coordination and joint activity with the Director of Planning and District Committees, RMI, government ministries, government companies and municipal government.
